VEVOR Adult Tricycles Bike

Instructions were a little tricky but easy to figure out in the end. Took 6 hours to put together. When taking it out of the box, you have to be careful because some of the screws were loose in the box. They did give you extra screws and equipment in case you needed more. Also, the basket on the front was another purchase. It did not come with the bike. I like the color and the size is correct. It seems like it will last forever because of the sturdiness and metal used to make it.

Please, please please do not buy this piece of garbage. It's totally a cheap piece of junk. First it came damaged and while I get a small discount it's a total mistake to take it. The whole thing is just cheap parts. The seat and seat back it just so uncomfortable and it's impossible to remove the seat back as the screws just turn and never loosen. It doesn't shift in all gears. No matter how much adjustment and fine tuning it only shifts into 3 gears. Disaster. Now comes the breaks, tires and controllers. Talk about as cheap as it comes. Totally a piece of junk all together. Now for the ultimate piece of garbage is the white rear basket. You talk about as worthless as cheap as it can get. This thing is basically put together with you bending a few metal clips. Talk about a total piece of junk. It falls apart as soon as you hit a bump in the road. I'm just warning you right now, this will be the biggest mistake you ever made buying this garbage. I'll be sending this junk back to Vevor before the 30 days. If not sooner. It's a total waste of money time, uncomfortable to ride, doesn't shift in all gears and falls apart. Can you imagine yourself stuck on the road or at the corner grocery store with the basket falling off. Brakes failing and so much more. Overall the tricycle is garbage.

This tricycle has been a game-changer for my daughter who has learning disabilities. After countless attempts to learn to ride a traditional bike, she was able to confidently ride this trike on her first try. The size and weight are ideal, making it easy to transport in my van. However, the assembly process was incredibly frustrating due to the poorly written instructions. Critical components, like the chain railer, were completely omitted. I had to rely heavily on online resources to complete the build. A detailed assembly video would have been invaluable. Despite this significant issue, the tricycle itself is perfect for my daughter and I would highly recommend it.

This is not a bad bike. There are a few things that could be much better such as the fenders and chain guard are slightly heavier duty than aluminum foil. Yet, for the price it is a good bike. The negative is that the assembly is very difficult. The instructions detail the easy parts and are vague on the more complex parts of the assembly. I was able to complete the assembly my thin fingers but for someone with thick fingers this would be very difficult to impossible. As with all assemblies, using real tools will make things easier rather than using the cheapo tool kit provided. However with the this product real tools is a must as what they provide makes a difficult assembly even more difficult.

This is a wonderful product. It has a really nice size basket on the back so you could take a quick trip to your local grocery store and pick up a few groceries. It's a comfortable ride. And the company itself is amazing. I actually received the first bike and unfortunately it was missing the packet with the bolt and nuts in it. I contact the company and they immediately made arrangements to make things right. They were wonderful to work with and I absolutely love my bike.

Somewhat easy to put together Had a problem with the brakes. Great color & comforable seat

I would not order again. This product is not of good quality. Tried putting it together myself, nothing but issues, the directions were not for that bike particular model. The seat did not fit, the pole it’s to connect to and it wobbles. The wheels cover are irregular and there for do not fit. The set does not correctly fit on its base. The pipe that are supposed to fit snug, then tighten accordingly, never tighten. I called amazon on July 17th for support They gave me several options. 1 - wait for manufacturer to send necessary parts. Could take a week could take a month to arrive, they could not say. 2. Return for refund. Trying to get all of those pieces back into a box to ship almost impossible. 3. Take to a bike shop have them fix, Amazon would split the cost. I choose option 3, to have my bike professionally put together. Paid over $100. I spoke with customer service on July 17th my split payment still hasn’t been refunded back to me. And because of the poor quality of this bike my bike seat still is not seating properly, it wobbles back-and-forth. Very unsatisfied customer

I received this bike on July 10, approximately August 15 a bearing went bad I improvise it with a washer, August 30 the frame broke! I improvise once again to repair it, cause my wife uses it for work. Now on September 15, another part of the frame snapped in half and I could see another part of the frame starting to come apart. Fortunately, I was going slow it could’ve been a real disaster if it happened on the road. I know it’s been over 30 days, but this is ridiculous and dangerous. I would truly like to get reimbursed for this bike. The video will show you what I’m talking about.!

I found the bicycle to be well made but I had to ask the local bike shop to sssemble it which added 50% to the cost. And when it was finished it was fine but I couldn't ride it. It's not stable like a child's version. I have balance problems and could not rise it. There is no differential like a car so the rear wheels must skid on any turn and prefer to go straight. It's not for me. Try one before buying.

Difficult to assemble, received with parts short shipped and damaged, contacted company re damages and confirmed they received my report but no follow through! Much to heavy for me to try to return and only discovered shortage when trying to assemble. Impossible to count parts when received because of some things partially assembled.

A beautiful bike i just couldn't use it because I'm 70% blind i couldn't see the back of it when I tried to see behind me

Had issues with the tires and they resolved with with a % money back to cover it. Found more issues but at this point fixing it myself is easier. Would be higher rated as the bike is pretty perfect if you ignore all the extra work you have to put in. Maybe I was just lucky in getting a bad batch. Edit: They reached out again to help with the new problems and then decided to imply that the money they sent for the tires was also for the new issues that arose with the gear system, even though the money they send didnt even cover the costs of new tires. Admittedly i did accept their first offer but without knowing even more would break. I didnt even want them to reach out again as per my first review, i was going to fix it again and they seemingly just did it to annoy me further. Edit2: They've doubled down on contacting me again to do absolutely nothing more to help with the broken Gear assembly. Just felt like rubbing it in I suppose. The bike frame is fine, everything else was garbage including the customer service.
