This is a new staple to my everyday regimen. I have noticed since taking these supplements that I do feel more relaxed throughout the day. I personally like the taste. I wish they sold these in larger quantities. But for now I can just buy multiple boxes.

They seem to work, but... the smell and taste... horrendous. I will most likely keep using Ashwaganda as a de-stresser but will be trying other brands.
