High quality but there are better products!
Ingredients list seems fine and it's not super heavy on caffeine as some other products. However, the taste could be better and it started lumping after being on the shelf for a couple of weeks - something that doesn't happen with other products.

Expensive cylindrical brick
Had ordered several of these in Australia. All arrived hardened and unusable. Which sucks because the cans can no longer be supplied here due to the cans leaking. Love Jocko but finding it hard to support from down under.

Low stim? Good.
As I’m older and enjoy drinking copious amounts of coffee, pre workout with over 200mg of caffeine is too much for me to remain in the safe range to take. This is low caffeine and helps me with my workouts whether it’s cardio, endurance or weightlifting and does fine by me. 200mg plus and I feel it maybe unsafe for me to go full hog on a run or I’ll be unable to because my heart will be pounding out of my chest too far away from peak performance. This is exactly what I need and I hope it doesn’t (JOCKO) Go away.I think $40+ is way too much for this. $30 and below is more fair and if you can get it for that or less than I say get it. Over? No.Mixed well and dissolved completely.Tastes like the energy drink.

Nasty taste but great results
One of the best pre work outs I have ever taken but the flavor is not good. I can put up with it because of how great it works.

Don’t walk, run away
Let me start by saying the I’ve been using pre workouts for 20+ years. This was hands down the worst tasting pre workout I’ve ever had. The only thing I can guess is that I got a defective bottle. If I’m wrong, I can’t believe that anyone would let this go to production. There was no flavoring to it except for the active ingredients. I almost never submit a negative review. However since this product is not returnable, I don’t want others to make the same mistake. Either don’t buy the product, or buy it from a local retailer who will allow returns. This is not a jab at Amazon, I shop here frequently. It’s just that this product was so bad that I don’t want to see anyone drop $40 for a product they will throw away after 1 use.
