This playpen is a complete disappointment. We bought it just a month ago, and it started falling apart within weeks. The rods began bending and snapping under the normal use of a toddler — which is exactly what this product is supposedly made for. The connector rods are cheaply made and clearly not built to last. It's unacceptable that something marketed for child safety is this fragile. We demand a full replacement, if not a refund, because this product didn’t even last a month. Absolutely unacceptable quality.

I got 1 pipe damaged (bended) but adjusted it and fixed. Quality is super good. It is very strong and sturdy. It's better if you put a mat or bed in it so that baby don't hurt himself while playing. I can leave my baby inside it and do my work without any tension. It is easy to assemble. It took around 15-20 min for us to fix it. Play area is very spacious enough for the baby.It could be better if the net could be closed completely so that it would be mosquito free. You can also include a bed as I felt cost is little high.Overall it's a very good and safe product. It is a must for all working mothers.
