I took these for about a month and have good results - my energy is high, my focus is on point, and I'm not jittery and nervous. My only complaint was the spilled powder at the bottom of the bottle - that last pill tasted like eating dusty, peppered coffee grounds. The pills are not small, but they are coated in a way to assist swallowing. The energy comes on fairly quickly and - for me anyway - kept me going a full workday. I imagine that the nootropics like Ashwagandha contribute to calming and maintaining that focus. I didn't have any problems sleeping after taking 2 of these in the morning. It kept my motivation and energy high, and I was able to complete a number of personal, school, and professional projects this month while taking the pills. I'd recommend it generally and for those who have projects to complete.

I drive everyday about 300 or more miles for work. I must be alert for this job. These pills take me from endless yawning to normal. No jitters, no feeling of anything abnormal… just awake and ready for work. There is no increased in mental ability… there is no increase in physical ability. I do suspect their claims of 400mg of caffeine maybe exaggerated as it always takes 2 pills (equivalent to 7.5 cups of coffee) to wake me up. I have the same effect when I drink an ice coffee from the Kwik Trip gas station. I wish there were some way to verify the caffeine level claim in this product. I any case. It works and works well. I subscribed to keep a supply with me at all times.

They make me more tired when I take them. They do nothing for me. Energy drinks do more for me. Waste of money.

These caffeine pills made my stomach hurt and made me shaky and sometimes gave me headaches. I intake a lot of caffeine, energy drinks; pills; shots. I was surprised I didn’t tolerate these well. If you tolerate them well, they are a good value for the money.

It's good, it works, but for me to feel the effect of caffeine I need to take two. Therefore I don't think they're being completely honest about the amount of caffeine in one capsule. Which, BTW, makes me question about the amounts of the other ingredients. But I still like it, hence the four stars.

For someone that doesn't drink coffee, and spends too much on energy drinks, there has to be a better way... this is it!!&!
