Best Carryon Ever!
Best carry-on ever! This is an awesome piece of luggage. The spinner wheels glide almost effortlessly and the handle is solid and sturdy. This luggage is built to take anything and last a lifetime. Don’t hesitate to buy this bag you’ll be glad you Most carryons are oversized, so it may seem a bit small. It’s definitely airline regulation size and the quality is well worth the tiny amount of smaller volume. It would never go back to my old carryon.

Best carry-on suitcase you can buy imo
We literally looked at what aircrew all had. This thing is the max size for all the major airlines (carry-on). It's amazing. Super well constructed. Literally the best suitcase you can buy if you don't want to spend money to check luggage. Worth the cost ten times over, as it pays for itself in a handful of flights.

Great Sturdy Build Quality, Easy to Drag Anywhere
This is a fantastic, compact case. On its own it's super light, but filled with all your stuff it can be quite heavy. Its build quality is fantastic and sturdy, with big thick zippers. It's got plenty of compartments for organization, and has a zipper to allow you to make more space on the inside. But the casters on this thing are the highlight of the show. Those things are phenomenal, they survived 2 full weeks of abuse rolling around all of southern Japan on gravel and concrete without signs of fatigue. They're extremely smooth and balanced. On a flat surface you can give the suitcase a light push and it will keep going in a straight line for what might as well be forever. This thing is easy to roll anywhere, no matter how bumpy the surface. I won't sugarcoat it though, this thing is on the pricy side. But if you're willing to pay extra for quality, you can't go wrong with this as long-term purchase.

Good quality mid-size luggage
I have used this on a 2 week vacation abroad and it is better than my Samsonite which only had 4 wheels and was hard to turn. The Travelpro has 8 spinner wheels which makes it easy to roll, turn quickly, and navigate a crowded airport. The wheels are really smooth and they handled sidewalks and bumpy concrete without a problem. The interior is a bit smaller than I expected. There is a metal frame running down the center so packing takes some careful arranging. The mesh pocket on the underside of the lid opens from the bottom as another reviewer had noted. I don't know who thought this was a good idea, but the contents fall out when opened because there are times people don't have room to lay the top lid flat open. In small hotel rooms, I have to prop the top lid against the wall due to space constraints. Why isn't the zipper on the top like my Samsonite? It may seem like a minor inconvenience at first, but it gets on your nerves after a while. That's the reason for the 1 star deduction. The exterior fabric is durable and seems to be holding up well after the vacation. The telescoping handle has 4 height positions which is great because my old Samsonite's handle was either too high or too low. This Travelpro handle fits my height perfectly. The description of the bag says it is 9.4 lbs which is somewhat on the heavier side which you can feel. I carried a small luggage scale so I didn't pack over the weight limit for an international trip.

Definitely recommend!
I’ve used the luggage multiple times for travels for more than a year. I’m very happy with the amount of clothing and toiletries that I can fit into this. The wheels, zippers, handle and material are all high quality and durable!

Easy to Manuver and Excellent Quality Medium Travel Case
Great travel case, the medium is large enough for a week’s worth of standard clothing as long as you don’t have lots of shoes to pack. Has held up well and rolls easily. Very durable. I purchased the first one over a year ago, it is the one pictured on the left. I was thrilled to know the same model was still available so purchased a second one just last week. Photo shows the new one still with the tags on it. It comes with a lock, which I have not yet used, although I have flown with the older one a couple of times. I just wished Travelpro offered a duffle bag to match.

Great suitcase
I tried out a few suitcases for traveling 7 or more days a week. I wanted to live the hard cases but I was concerned about the cracking over time. I also found the hard cases zippers were a bit squirrelly- especially when you have a lot of stuff in your suitcase. I tried the Level 8 but it did not close well with a laptop, plug and suitcase full of clothing. This was my first choice for convenience but zipper had issues closing. This suitcase is a reasonable weight. I love the quality of this brand so zippers, pockets, etc all work well. I did not really need the 2 pocket organizer but it’s good for compressing. Great store with some expansion for shopping. Easy wheel to get around so keep your hand on your suitcase. Adjustable handle for short and tall people. I will say, it can tip forward if you have a heavy bag on top, so watch for it. Plus, yes, it is over the 22 max for carry in. If you are in a strict airline, this is NOT a carry on. It will it fit into the bin. So- be aware. If you are in a big plane, you are set. Great for 7-10 summer trip, if you are not a heavy packer.

Don't buy if you plan on using the warranty
I bought two large Travelpro Crew Classic bags before a long international trip. Right after the first leg of the trip, the telescoping handle was stuck shut on one of them and could not be removed at all. It eventually broke off in trying to get it unstuck. That was a big disappointment to not have a telescoping handle for the rest of the trip, but any I understand that any bag can get damaged due to how airlines handle them, and I didn't expect it to be indestructible. My number one reason to purchase a Travelpro bag was for all their claims about a superior warranty. In case something did happen to my luggage, it shouldn't be a hassle to get it repaired or replaced. Well that handling of the warranty claim was an even bigger disappointment. Their customer service is like talking to an AI bot with no empathy or ability to understand your concerns, they can only repeat the same answer back to you regardless of what you ask it. The Trusted Companion Promise is all smoke and mirrors. Instead of offering to repair the luggage at a Travelpro repair facility, they insisted on shipping me a replacement telescoping handle and expected me to replace it myself. They were sure to point out that they have no videos or instructions on how to do it and I should be able to figure it out myself. I expressed much concern about that but it was ignored. Needless to say, it is not an easy replacement. That handle is a core part of the bag and is secured to the frame in multiple places that is not easy to remove without damaging the bag. The one nice thing about their bags are that the spinner wheels work well and make it easy to move the luggage around. Based on my experience I am not sure why anyone should purchase a Travelpro luggage.
