Easy to swallow capsules, with no scent or taste, and seem to be good value for money. The product arrived quickly in nice packaging, that does what it says on the tin.

Great support for women's urinary health
These smooth white capsules are an average size (23mm long x 8mm diameter) and easy to swallow. They can help give relief on those occasions when proper medical care is frustratingly out of reach or just too slow.

Check the ingredients carefully
Screw lid has an outer seal, and the bottle also has a foil seal.Pleasant odour when first opening the bottle.I can't comment on the effectiveness of this product, as I've not trialed them due to intolerance of certain ingredients.This bottle is a 'short course'. There are sixty capsules (which are quite large), and the recommended dose is six per day.Check through the Product Information carefully, because there are some vitamins which you might be already taking separately, and need to be cautious about how much you take each day.e.g. six capsules contains 25ug Vitamin D, 50mg vitamin B6. Both of these are quite a bit higher than the RDA.Also check the Allergen Information because these capsules contain Hibiscus flowers, which, it states, are often intercropped with Peanuts.I'll stick with unadulterated D-mannose.

Urinary tract support
These are a good supplement to take to keep the urinary tract healthy and functioning as it should. There are high levels of Vitamin D and other minerals in this supplement that are good for all round health too.

Vegan supplement
The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 6 then they will last you around 10 days as you would expect. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your urinary health.
