I have an adverse reaction to maca, and so it is difficult for me to find an effective product. Lady passion is amazing. It helped balance my hormones (I actually started having periods every month), it increased my sex drive, made me less irritable, and overall just a feeling of being balanced. Here is the tip to make it work: Add it to a little warm water. I'm not sure why this works so well, but it makes a huge difference. Thought it was starting to work and then my coochie swelled up a bit and got extremely inflamed to the point it was uncomfortable to sit. Had to go to the doctor to get an anti inflammatory topical cream. Stopped taking it and it hasn’t come back (and yes, I took the Lady Passion as directed!). Haven’t wanted to try it again.Sorry.
