I was very hesitant to purchase this item after reading so many of the negative reviews. I decided to take a chance and purchase this set and I am so happy I did. not only is this a beautiful outdoor set but it’s very comfortable. It is perfect for a small space. The set was easy to assemble. My nephew put it together alone and it took about three hours. I just hope the sun does not fade the color and it lasts for a while.

Assembling was challenging with Allen wrench. Definitely a 2 person assemble job. Quality is great and lasted all winter long without deteriorating. Only complaint is the cushions seem poor quality and really soaks when it rains (even with the case).

Very easy to set up, sturdy. 4/5 for ease to assemble because literally 1 predrilled screw hole didn’t match up at all. So had to forego that one, but otherwise entire set is quite secure and sturdy. You could make this into a loveseat and either armless solo chair or use the arm end of the sofa as a solo chair. Good options for variations of seating. The vision for the ottoman does come so you can secure it to the base, but the other cushions do not. They don’t slide when piece is assembled as picture, but I will likely sew and secure similar style hoops and hooks to the cushions and couch like the ones in the ottoman for more security. Bonus, the cushion covers come off for easy washing. Are also an outdoor material; not amazing quality, but decent, and comfy. Comes with two throw pillows, they’re meh, but you can add your own. Lastly, customer service for the Seller awsom (spelled that wrong, but it’s pronounced like awesome) was amazing. I had an issue with the shipper and not delivering a box on time, they were great with helping me track down the box. In all, the total amount of boxes this comes in is 3.

It's Okay. But I hoped I was getting a quality product at a great price On Sale... not just a cheaper product. Actually you can see thru the rattan bases but they look ok. It looks nice but the ottoman is so much bigger than the seat cushions that it doesn't make much sense or work as I planned. The grouping of a table and a large ottoman (which is also useful without the cushion on it) would be better if there were an extra couple of chairs in this set. The three seat pieces it does comprise of do NOT fit together in any way though! And just keep slipping apart unless separate people sit on them.So best used as three separate small chairs or wedge against a wall. This is not useful as a sofa unless jammed together somehow. There is not way to keep them close together. Assembly was not fun at all. The seats are pretty small for relaxing, and not very comfortable back seat cushions as they are very low. The fabric is harsh and slippery and the back cushions are hard and move away too. The table is cheap looking but the seats look nice

We have been so disappointed in this patio furniture. While it looks great, within 9-12 months of being on our patio, the material started to shred and come apart on the back of the chairs and under the glass on the table. Patio furniture is meant to be on the patio and withstand sun/heat. We don't live in the Sahara, just Los Angeles so I don't see any reason why at a cost of $800 this furniture would have fallen apart the way it has. I reached out to the manufacturer/seller and all they said was there was nothing they could do, as the furniture was out of warranty. I'm upset and frustrated, and would never buy from Aosom again.

My fingers are sore and it was frustrating putting it together with the allen wrench BUT the quality and end results are well worth it. It does require a bit of thinking through the instructions before you dive in but it is worth your time. Don't rush through the assembly. Make sure you line it up before tightening all the screws (so put them each in by hand before tightening all of them with the wrench) and it is a well put together piece. Material is stiff but durable for weather. It is comfortable and easy to lounge on and I almost fell asleep. I am so in love with this purchase. I was looking at others that were 3000.00+ more and was a little scared to get this one but so happy with my choice. I never write reviews and decided for this kind of money I had to share my experience.

I love this set! It is perfect for the space I had and exactly what I wanted for my screened in porch! It did come with the two red pillows (another reviewer said it did not) and all cushions needed. The pillows you see in my pictures are ones that I bought. It is more comfortable than I thought it would be. It came in 3 boxes clearly marked, and instructions do come with it (not a narrative, just pictures of how to put together). It took me about 5 hours total to put it all together. I will say that one hole did not match up, and there were 4 screws that I could not get to go in because of metal/soldering that was in the way, or it wasn't threaded right. It is all done with an Allen wrench, so be prepared for that. It still is sturdy without those screws and looks amazing! I'm very happy with it!

We live in the midwest and this patio set was very beautiful and worked well for about two years on a small 10x12 deck. It does not weather well. The wicker rattan frame was exposed to a fair amount of sun, and cushions were only used with no chance of rain. It was covered and stored away from snow and winter weather, however it was stored where the temperature was still low. The sets third season, the wicker rattan was extremely brittle and fell apart to the touch, let alone sitting on it. When purchased, the cushions were very good quality and the outer pillow cover was removable and machine washable, however in the third year attempting to remove the outer pillow cover to wash, the foam (anti-moisture) barrier layer was flaky into a thousand particles and discouraged removing the white pillow cover to be washed. The fabric is still good quality and the foam has kept it's shape well. I would say if you had this in more of a temperature-controlled environment and little sunlight, it would last you more years, but then again maybe this takes away the "outdoor" aspect of the product.
