No service support and warranty claim
It is cheap Chinese rebrand stuff stopped working after four months . There is no place to contact and go for warranty claim . Total wastage . I fail to understand how such reputed brand waste there brand image .Don’t buy Honeywell .

Poorly designed, missing basic features.
The product is not well balanced. If you are putting it in the wall socket, there is a good likelihood that it would drop out because of its weight. Better design would have been a provision for a cable on the power input side.Secondly, it doesn't have earthing pin because of which there is some leakage current. This causes that vibration on skin when the device being charged is touched lightly.
