I was looking for a pair of socks for travel, so why not get six? My calves are bigger than the guide (22”) for 5xl but these fit me after stretching the top out a bit. I’m tall and these are long enough to reach my knee and get above my calves which makes them more comfortable. I find the compression “just right” in that I can feel it, but it’s not too strong. They wear like dress socks so they’re thin and while I wish they wear a bit thicker, they work well. I occasionally notice, as another reviewer pointed out, that the seam for the toe can rub uncomfortably. Net, I’m glad I bought them, I wear them a lot now (not just for travel), and I wish the 5xl came in other colors as I’d wear them all the time.

Edit--So sad. After 16 months I'm down to two pairs so I went to re-order and sad to see they discontinued the larger sizes. Boo! I've been wearing these every day.I bought 6 pairs of these socks in size 5XL for $24. That's $4 each. Cheaper than a cup of coffee at Starbucks. At this price, these are practically disposable. But the same day I also bought another brand of compression sock -- $18 for one pair -- and I can't tell the difference. So these socks are great! Wash them with the rest of my clothes in the washer, dry them in the dryer, no problem.As for fit -- I'm a 14W in U.S. shoes or a 49 in metric shoes (my motorcycle boots are 49's). I'm also 6' tall with a 33" inseam. These socks fit my big wide feet just fine and the tube goes all the way to the crease of my knee. And of course they stay up and provide the light compression I'm looking for. Five stars!

Reviewing for fit right now, I received today and put them on right away. So if I’m crippled tomorrow I’ll update. So far so good. They actually fit my ginormous calves, 18” at largest, and I wear a size 11 wide shoe as well. There’s lots of room at the foot. They honestly feel pretty cozy. I was floored to be able to get them all they way up to just below my knee! They are pretty snug at the top but not like it’s cutting into me. I really had no idea what compression socks were for. I thought they were a diabetic thing. Then I educated myself a little and decided to get some. I’ve had swollen feet and Cankles for years due to my weight and crappy diet, oh and the fact that I don’t move much. Anyway when I put these on and wore them for a couple hours my legs and feet felt good. Maybe even a little energized! Who knew? They seem to be quality socks and cone packaged nicely.

My husband felt relief after the first day of wearing these socks, he works construction and he's on his feet all day. He said it was the first time he had seen the veins in his feet in a long time! He is buying more of these socks!

They were great easy to put on. Extra long.

These are the best compression socks I have worn in 15 years. Excellent compression at 15/20, excellent fit right up to knees, excellent value. I just placed a buy again order now. I will be sure to carefully hand-wash these socks and air dry them to be sure they maintain their original elasticity and compression. Machine washing and drying often ruins compression socks. These socks are better than any of the other overly priced brands. My legs feel better than they have in years.

I do like the full knee high length of these XL-XXL compression socks (and the price is decent) , BUT they are Super Tight to get on - more like some undersized L-XL socks I have tried before (that are just too tight for me - and I can't wear them all day long.! So these are really more like 30-44 mmHg socks for me. I will now try to order the 3Xl-4XL now to see if they fit better.The 15-20mmHG XL (for a max 18" calf that is my actual American size requirement) socks that I have used before (and they fit perfectly) are no longer found on Amazon.

These are the best compression socks out there. Easy to put on. Super stretchy. I have diabetes and without these socks my legs swell. With these socks I can eliminate at least 90% of the swelling. I don't even notice them once they are on. These are very comfortable I am a 6'4" 400 lb man and I wear these everyday makes life with diabetes better.
