I try to eat low carb to cut down on sugar consumption for good health. Fruits offer important nutrients that I need but many are so very high in sugar content. I do eat a limited number of fruits, mostly mixed berries, with breakfast, but I love the numerous fruit extracts that are included in this supplement so at least I am getting a minimum of antioxidants with just one capsule per day.

I have been buying supplements from Andrew Lessman Pro-Caps for about 22-25 years. I trust this brand because everything that I have purchased over time has absolutely worked. I recommend these products to family, friends, etc. They work and are easy to take.

So absolutely no difference after taking this supplement for 90 days. I’m kind of seeing that quite frankly with a lot of the supplements I bought from Andrew Lessman’s product line.

I’ve been taking the Fruit Full Antioxidants for more than 10 yrs and this is even a better value is the powder formulation and mixes easily in applesauce and has a great taste.
