Quality material
I haven't gotten the feel of using these in practice sessions, yet, so I can't speak to their effectiveness on improving your swing. What I can say is they seem to be well made and durable.Basically, if you're convinced the name brand version these are modeled after will help your swing, you can be pretty confident these will work as well but for way less money.

Not Totally Sold on This
I am little bit skeptical about the effectiveness of this trainer. I have used it several times now and I get the idea and I can feel that my motion is better when I do it slowly and at home. But at the range... If I am thinking about pressing on this thing, I am not letting the swing happen. As far as if it helps your golf swing??? It probably does but not very noticeable. Did I become a scratch golfer overnight? Not quite. Maybe if I continue to practice at home with it.
