These are some of my favorite flavor Bloks. Great fuel for my long runs. I use them regularly along with some other fuels… great texture for gummies and works well with my stomach.

For me, these don't work as well as gels for running, but I really like them for long martial arts training days. They're easy on the stomach and provide a much needed boost to help me keep going for hours.

These are VERY sour! No worrying about them sticking to your teeth because your mouth will water! They are enjoyable though, and with just a bit of caffeine, so they are nice to add variety to caloric intake on long runs. Will definitely buy again.

I got these clif bloks to use when I go on long bike rides. I wanted something that was small and convenient, but that would also give me some energy and something that wasn't full of tons of calories. This totally hits the spot--I usually end up eating a couple on my rides and they definitely help sustain my energy when I am getting tired. I like the taste, the consistency is good and doesn't wreck my stomach. This is portable enough that it doesn't take up much room either. My only gripe is the packaging. My box came taped together--it looked like it had been smashed. Also, I have found when I take these bloks on my ride, I put them in a zip lock bag. I usually don't eat all of them, so then I don't like to have just three sitting in the package, but putting them in a ziplock helps. Overall, these help give me quick energy and they are easy to bring for hikes or biking.

These taste the best!

Love this flavor and gives extra energy before run and workout. Does not upset stomach.
