Ok if you have been programed from a life of toxic relationships to be defensive and narcissistic this is the book for you. It will help you identify your toxic behavior and give you the tools to be yourself again. Highly recommend.

An enlightening read
This is a very enlightening read for anyone who has struggled to identity and correct toxic patterns. It is written from a highly intellectual standpoint and presents the content clearly and repetitively. In my opinion, it is best absorbed slowly and thoughtfully as opposed to attempting to read it all the way through in a short period of time, as there is so much information to process on each page. A very worthwhile and helpful read!

I greatly enjoyed this book. It was really eye opening to how my behaviors can affect others in such a negative way and gave great insight on how to manage it. I recommend everyone to read this book.

Being open-minded is a starter point for someone reading this book. You need to be open-minded to be able to process this book that has great information for someone who believes they have toxic problems in their relationships

If you are looking for a book to help you that you can actually understand it this is a read for you. I learned a lot of how to recognize and correct. This is going to be a continuing learning experience but now I have good book to go back too
