I was hoping these would work for my kitchen remodel, but unfortunately these did not work. I’ve done many other LED projects so I am very familiar on how to install these. These were simply dead on arrival. I’ve tried 3 other power supplies I had from past projects and come to find out, it’s the LED strip that’s bad.

Great lighting
I purchased a 5 meter long 5000k waterproof LED strand. I was able to cut into smaller strands, solder, and install into my newly remodeled master bath. The lighing totally makes the remodel gorgeous. I do recommend, if you're goig to cut and solder, to hire someone if you're not an experienced solderer; soldering to the flexible leads is somewhat tricky but manageable.

More than I expected
Ok so I originally planned these for the kitchen cabinet lighting but once they arrived I choose to use them as an entry wall runner. They work with my Alexa echo show and I can set the dimmer on it and color theme. It was any switch for the holiday and could play with all settings for a bright choice. The adhesive was surprisingly strong. Overall a better value than I even first expected!!

does not have a plug
this did not come with a plug just two wires, which is pretty useless to me. Now I have to figure out how to set it up so I can actually plug it in.
