Very healthy breakfast option, and also very good for addition into different recipes.

Cooking instructions on the package are incorrect.
The stovetop cooking instructions say to "Mix 2 cups of milk or water with 1 tablespoon of Avelina gluten-free Old Fashioned Oats. Cook for about 3 minutes in medium temperature stirring occasionally. Add sugar or any other sweetener and cinnamon or vanilla as your desire." Grammar is another issue. I had warm sweet milk with a few oats floating around. Not what I expected.

Not gluten free
Product came with a sticker that said gluten free, but ingredients list as possibly containing wheat. They were no good for me as I am highly sensitive to wheat.

Don’t follow the directions on bag.
Do not follow the instructions on bag. They aren’t correct. Use olde fashioned oats recipe. Delicious!!

Don't buy this product, the instructions are all wrong...
This product needs to be rebranded. Thank goodness I know how to cook oameal...no way can you cook any oatmeal in 1 1/2 cups of water to 1 tablespoon of oats....even God himself can't make that happen.The manufacturers, even after 2018, still have the wrong instructions.

COOKING instructions are nasty
Tried to use for breakfast, if you want a thin milkshake follow instructions. I changed instructions to 1cup whole milk,1/2 cup water,1&1/4 cup of Avelina oats. Cook to desired consistency stirring constantly. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/8 cup sugar. Came out great.
