1/4 the sugar it might be great. You can't hardly taste the strawberry and not the rhubarb at all. I added An ounce of pure lemon juice to jar, now edible but still sweet. Sorry

When eating anything with rhubarb a tartness is expected. This Strawberry Rhubarb jam is too sweet and needs more tart ingredients such as lemon juice or less sugar.

Not sure what it tastes like- highly anticipated this strawberry rhubarb jelly, but despite the bubblewrap, it was all Glass-Shards.
