These are quality, was shocked at how black these were and even more at how black they’ve stayed. Been using for two weeks, eating well and staying hydrated but, after 2 weeks they are still black. Maybe I was full of badness, I do feel better but I am on a health kick. Will keep going as my sleep quality has improved and much less restless. They really do stick too, haven’t come away from my feet once

I forgot about these for ages after I bought them, until last night. I'd been feeling really unwell all day - achy and in pain but no temperature. I decided the have an Epsom salt bath and put these on before bed. Woke up this morning and although my muscles feel tired, they no longer hurt. My headache is gone, and I feel generally a lot better. The pads themselves are really black and look kind of oily.... They were perfectly dry last night. Colour changing I can see happening with sweat, but greasiness? Could be coincidence but I'd say give these a try and I'll definitely be doing it next time I'm ill.
