Real wood, not so-called "manufactured wood."
Exactly what I wanted, an inexpensive, real wood table similar to the color of my oak flooring. I coated it with polyurethane to protect the finish. I also wanted a relatively small coffee table.

Beautiful but even after adding a clear finish, it scratches and dents very easy , but still a beautiful table, it now just has character

Easy to assemble & true to color. We love it! Not very scratch resistant but it’s sturdy & we would buy it again.

what an awesome table
I love everything about this table. It was simple to put together. Once out of the box it probably took me about 20 minutes to assemble it. Extremely sturdy, they even put some extra bracing in there which was nice. Not that I would but I'm sure you could stand on it. All the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly, no missing hardware. I hate shiny things so the matte finish is perfect. It's a great size. I love the bottom shelf as it's a great place to put books or decor. And last but not least I love the sawhorse design. I think it would go perfectly with either farmhouse or coastal design.

Not as expected
As another reviewer mentioned, this table is NOT sealed. The wood stain came off on my fingers, also, it is much more orange in person, photos tone it down for some reason. It also had a bad off-gassing for a couple of days. The top came damaged as well. Returned.

Absolutely love this table, easy to put together and very sturdy

For the price it should have at least had some type of finish on it. It's plank boards glued together. Chips very easy, leaves stains very easily. It's not an everyday coffee table especially if you have a toddler. They put stain on it but every time I clean my table off stain is left on my cleaning rag. And the knots that are in the wood have not been sanded down or anything and leave huge indents in the table. My son also got a splinter from messing with one of the knots. But it is nice, it is solid wood, and we do like it. Just some stipulations with it.

Would be a 5 but the wood is too soft and indentions are easily made
