This is not only annoying but also raises serious safety concerns.I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution and consider other options. The manufacturer needs to improve the quality and reliability of their products.Furthermore, I would like to inquire about the warranty offered by the manufacturer. It boils water very fast, so can make tea or coffee fast. The design is nice and lightweight. very easy to use, just one button start. The handle stays cool, easy to pour annd safe. The kettle switches off automatically when the water is ready, which is very safe. Cleaning is also easy because the inside is smooth. Overall, I am very happy with this kettle and think it’s worth the price.

A very good kettle at this price point. Steel finish, quick to heat up, easy to clean. Having a copperwire , reasonable length is an added advantage
