This makes filling ice bags so much easier! I love the funnel on top, you can't miss the bag. Great for one person filling many bags, eliminating the frustration of holding a bag open while trying to scoop from the bug ice machine. Great height, good quality. Seems durable so far after about 6 months of use.

Product seams ok quality BUT there is a plastic coating on the stainless steel the was not removed before the machine was put together!! It is sandwich between parts and cannot be remove unless you drill the rivets out!! I sure the health inspector will love seeing remnants of that when we get inspected!!

we bought the bags that are supposed to go with this thing after three or four bags the bags just all fall off the wire thing that holds them in place the weight of the ice just rips the bags down. It's just a pain in the butt. I can hold the bag and shovel the ice in with a scoop, just as quickly without the big pain in the caboose

The product came without instruction on how to put it together. So, it's still sitting in our office until someone has the time to try and put it together.

The description says it comes with bags , but it does not, and no instructions. I contacted the seller and they would not send the bags , but that I could return the product. So just know that you will have to purchase bags separately and figure out how to resemble it on your own.
