Actually worth the hype!
I’ve been using this for a week, I put 1ml in my 1.5L water bottle and drink it throughout the day; my skin is less dry, I’m pooping daily (I’ve had constipation for years and was only pooping 2-3 times a week) and I’ve actually lost 2kg already. I don’t crave sugar no more too, so I’m going to go on a 2 week sugar detox now. It’s summer now and I do sweat more and the smell has definitely improved, but I feel like a month on this and I won’t smell at all. Definitely going to buy again! The taste isn’t bad, it tastes like I’m drinking water from a can.

Great health benefits but I accidentally ordered the mint flavour one. I would recommend the plain one as it dosent taste like anything at all. Bit my fault I ordered the wrong one lol

Didn't realise I am intolerant to Alfalfa
Oooo dear, been trialling this for a few days and I've had to stop. Daily it was giving me nausea, runny poo, bloating, stomach cramps, my skin has been itching, so after a few day without it and feeling a bit more normal, I can only put it down to the Alfalfa - I must be sensitive to it. So much for trying to improve my 'greens intake'! I'm sure it is great for others, but not for me sadly.

Very minty taste
I purchased this item to assist with hormone imbalance.Overall really good product & felt the benefits after a few days.I find it's best added to mint tea as it's too overpowering for any other drinks that I added it to.

Not effective
stayed consistent for 1 month but didn’t experience any real benefits. It also has an overpowering taste of mint which made me feel as though i was just drinking mint leaves and water with a green pigmentation. Started taking the tablet version instead and saw results in 3 days. Wouldn’t recommend.
