Works well for pelvic floor exercise
Bought a lead to convert my ems machine into 2mm pin leads like this uses. This electrode worked very well with my ems machine which didn't cost too much. The gel is great for conducting too. Was cheaper than buying the specialised pelvic floor tens machines. Use with the metal plates facing side to side not up and down. works the muscles well.
