I was looking for a good carpet cleaning robot vacuum and after researching a bit I found this one (M320 model) with 6000pa power. Great for carpets it literally picked up so much dust and dirt. I love it.The only downside is that the mopping function is literally useless. I have attached a wipe to check it out but didn’t see much difference.If your house is mostly carpeted then this vacuum is for you.Great deal on Amazon also with more than 50% off. Otherwise I was going for the M210p black which was £50 less but realised later that the M320 model has a much more powerful suction for carpets.Size is decent it can even go below sofas.You can control the vacuum via their app . Easy to navigate

Could not speak highly enough about this vacuum. I will caution that it is quite loud so you couldn't have it on while trying to make a phone call, say. Also the vacuum part is brilliant but I don't really rate the mop function. That said I would absolutely recommend to a friend. The battery life is good, it's very easy to set up and up empty. It navigates well from rug to carpet to tiles. The Lefant app is very easy to use. I haven't yet managed to connect to Alexa but I suspect that's a me problem rather than an issue with the software.

This little dude was effective at keeping the floor clear. However it completely died after about 4 days use. Returned for a refund.

Vacuum works really well and is easy to use. I had a few issues with it but they were quickly resolved as there is very good customer service.

This leaves piles of crap about because of its design and the flap attached in the collection box. Even just picking it up it drops out and trails all over the floor as you walk...until you pick up on the flaw. And its not because its too full. It happens regardless. You then have to put the dam thing on again, to clean its own mess! Also my mop stopped working ages ago. The magnets fall out. I've glued them but now things are not salvageable and this all happened quite quick. I've not had it long. I bought it for the mopping feature alone. Contacted after sales as can't get the part anywhere. Took ages to reply and they want serial numbers, photos, videos, product numbers, Amazon receipt number...the amount of info needed to just get to the next stage of chat is ridiculous. I just want a dam mop replacement. It was a lot of money to be down in a couple of months. I'll pay for the part. But how and where!!!???The magnets also rust and have discoloured and damaged things. I just cannot recommend this or the customer service and after sales.Update: Customer Service finally sorted options and did sort this out. For that reason l have given more stars. 29/06/25.It does have strong suction levels.

This has to be the best purchase I have made for our home. So easy to use and cleans really well. The floors are spotless all the time now and it has a setting that it can come on at set times. So I have it on in the morning before we get up, We have a pet too and it has made a massive difference in the amount of dogs hair in the house, its gone!! If you are thinking about getting one, this is the one to get, Its so good. I would 100% recommend. and its a great price also.
