Beautiful and perfect size
I love the purple color! It was as heavy as I anticipated but not too heavy. I needed a shallow heavy pan because my stove likes to lean and it worked great.

Great quality for the price and unique color
This is such a versatile size enamel pan for making braised dishes. The quality was very good for a relatively inexpensive pan, and I loved the purple color. This is our third enamel pan in various sizes. We first got two during a Prime Day and found we used them so much we bought this one. So easy to clean. Very pleased.

Please help me use my new braiser.
My new braiser just arrived. It is a pale pastel purple not the deep purple color as pictured. This is not a complaint. I actually prefer this color to the deep purple as pictured. I’m just writing this comment as a heads up to future buyers.I’m showing my age here. Didn’t a band named ‘Deep Purple’ originally record the classic named ‘In a gadda da vita’?I’ve never cooked in a braiser. Can anyone recommend recipes and/or cookbooks?

Traded in my iron skillet
My cast iron skillet was too heavy to lift - I like this. Although it’s smaller than my iron skillet - I can get a nice loaf of sourdough bread out of it. You do have to be careful not to expose to extreme changes in temps. I leave mine in my oven.

Small enough to put in the Cuisinart air fryer/oven
I just brought the new Cuisinart air fryer and oven. And most of braise cast iron pan doesn’t fit. If you looking for something small that fit this kind of oven. This one will do the job. The quality is not the top, not too heavy, a few scratches around the edge, but is good value for the price!!! We shall see how is it hold up. I will update my review after a few use.
