As my daughter has started menstruating, these pads and the variety of sizes have been incredibly helpful in teaching her about the flow of her period and which pads to use at different times. I absolutely adore using these pads! They are incredibly absorbent, providing me with peace of mind throughout the day. One feature I particularly appreciate is how easily they can be adjusted; if the pad happens to fold inside my underwear, I can simply peel it back with ease to realign it.
