I seriously wanted a TV but was lacking in confidence as to what I could have ... with some research and lot of advice from friends I bought this TV... it can be run on 12 volt with little usage on the leisure battery or normal 240 V (if connected to hook up). It seemed a little expensive at the time but wow... well worth it.. for the quality of the picture and sound and simplicity of the remote control usage...the TV which I now have is wall/frame hung with what little space I have.. brilliant .. it can withstand a lot of vibration and what amazing quality.... the picture is amazing... I had a glitch with the remote not working after a week.. manual ok.. I contacted Mike @ Value Av... new one in the post within 24 hours I cannot fault this company/supplier/TV.. if you want quality TV for camping, sailing or even lorry driving this Avtex Ultra Compact HD LED TV/DVD/Satelite is the muts nuts... There was a small two-sided quick use guide in English and a leaflet for Avtex accessories, which in the circumstances, I don't feel inclined to buy!Pretty annoying as it was to be used on our holiday. Have arranged for a replacement and will reserve final judgement until the new one arrives and is correct as per the descriptions.
