Certainly works well but very premium
Its hard not to double take at the price of this sort of thing until you notice its not just vegan (which in itself is usually more expensive) but a collaboration with a man called Rossano Ferretti which from some surface-level research reveals a reputation as one of the most expensive and exclusive hairstylists used by celebrities hence I imagine the name has some pull to it when it comes to hair related products (like this shampoo). And while I personally would not pay this sort of price there is no denying it works pretty well. When I used it in the shower it lathered up in my hair as you would want it too though its best not to aim for a really noticeable lather if you want the bottle to last any time at all (which would be a real issue given the cost is already insane). The result was hair that was a lot less frizzy and felt softer than before so it certainly does its job. I kinda feel with this sort of thing that its hard to recommend it as on one hand they could just be charging a high premium because its got a name attached to it (like a lot of other products out there) or ordinary people aren't the target audience.

Shampoo
I've never used or even heard of this brand before. If going to use long term I'd recommend getting matching conditioner also. Wash hair as normal doesn't have a strong fragrance but has a good thickness and leaves hair clean and glossy.

Wild pricing, average performance
I didn't find anything to be premium about this, aside from the price. It's a SMALL bottle, 200ml. Neither the exterior packaging nor the bottle itself are particularly impressive. The label on my bottle hasn't been applied straight, which is not something I would normally ever think about, but when you're being charged over twenty quid a bottle, details matter. As a shampoo, I have found it to be average. I don't like the smell of it personally, I think it is too heavily perfumed with an artificial floral fragrance, like a cheap fabric softener, but this is of course subjective. It does clean my hair well, which is the bare minimum I would expect from any shampoo. Again, I understand that the appeal of these products is subjective. This contains Walnut extract, and maybe that is something you're looking for specifically. But just as a point of comparison, a 900ml bottle of "TRESemme Rich Moisture Shampoo" has an RRP of £6.00 on Amazon for 900ml. It's also vegan, it's also cruelty-free. I am not promoting Tresemme here, I am not saying that it is as good as this product, or that it uses the same quality of ingredients, but it costs £0.67 per 100ml, whereas this costs, £10.60, nearly sixteen times as expensive as the Tresemme product. Of course, beauty products often fetch a premium, but they have to justify that premium somehow, and I don't see this even attempting to justify its crazy price, other than through some vague affiliation with a non-entity "celebrity hairstylist".

A Gentle Aroma & Softer Hair
I have to admit I had not heard of Rossano Ferretti prior to ordering this shampoo, but that is not really surprising as I have not followed fashion trends for a long time. I was, however, curious how a 200ml bottle of shampoo could cost £20. The shampoo is lightly scented and has a vegan formula, the latter of which is usually an immediate indication that the product will cost more. From my use over the last week I would say that I need to use much more of this KIKO Milano shampoo to get the same lather effect that I do with the significantly cheaper shampoo I usually use, which means the bottle will obviously not last anywhere near as long. After using the this shampoo though I am impressed with how soft my hair feels afterwards. As I keep my hair short I cannot comment on it being 'bouncier'. If money was not an issue then I would certainly consider this KIKO Milano shampoo as a luxury item I could treat myself with, but as it stands it is far too expensive to consider as a daily use shampoo on my budget. 5 stars for the product, 2 for the price.

Works well
I thought I'd give this a try alongside the conditioner that's in the same branded packaging, as you can see there's so much writing on the box you seriously need a magnifying glass to read anything, the bottle holds 200ml's so hopefully it will last a while. It is a creamy consistency and massages well into my hair, it has a subtle scent which I can't quite place but is pleasant enough. The shampoo left my hair feeling really clean and I am impressed with it so far, the combination of the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling lovely and soft ( I have thick, long hair) and easy to get my brush through. At £19.99 at the time of writing this review, I really like this shampoo, it does a good job of leaving my scalp feeling hydrated after use, the only downside is if I was to buy both the shampoo and conditioner it would be a big expense.

Nice and hydrating.
My hair is bleached to within an inch of its life and therefore needs all the hydrating it can get. I use hyaluronic acid skincare products, but I've never heard of it as a shampoo ingredient before, therefore I was really keen to give the KIKO Milano Nourish & Protect Shampoo with hyaluronic acid a go. The shampoo comes in a boxed plastic container with a flip top lid. I like the branding, in particular the colour scheme. It's a vegan formula free from animal ingredients. Directions for use are as per normal for a shampoo, lather, rinse repeat. I'm actually fairly impressed. It lathers really nicely and the lather feels soft and rich and not at all harsh. The product description says it's unscented. I don't know if I'm going mad, but I do detect a light, pleasant fragrance, or maybe it's just my nose. I find it leaves my dry, brittle, frizzy hair feeling fairly soft and more manageable. For best results I do need to condition afterwards, but I need to condition afterwards with any shampoo I use. All in all, I really like this shampoo and will keep using it.

Decent results but a bit pricey
I’ve been using the KIKO Milano Nourish & Protect Shampoo, and there are both positives and a few downsides. It cleans effectively and leaves my hair feeling soft and light without stripping away moisture. My hair is fairly fine, and this shampoo does provide a touch of added volume after a blow-dry – though styling can be a challenge, as my hair has a tendency to go in different directions. The creamy texture is pleasant, but I found I needed to use more than expected to achieve a decent lather, particularly as I live in a hard water area. The fragrance is mild; personally, I would have preferred something that feels a little more indulgent for a product marketed as premium. While it does a good job of reducing frizz and maintaining hydration, the small bottle size combined with the high price might make it harder to justify as a more regular purchase. A decent choice, but not especially remarkable.
