Fantastic thank you
I used this to make some yoghurt. First batch was watery but I used some of first batch as the starter culture for the second batch and it was perfect 👍

Excellent
Using it to make ‘fermented dairy product’ and very impressed with the speed - just 24 hours and a good thick set yogurt has formed with separated whey. Tastes good. Just x1 capsule used with x2 tablespoons of inulin

Good for making yogurt
I got it to make yogurt. It turned out very good.Update:OMG. This is unreal. The effects on me is like day and night. Unbelievable. It worked exactly how Dr. William Davis described. You need to pay attention on how to make yogurt. Always use 2 or 3 pills to make the yogurt, never use some yogurt from the previous batch to make a new batch. This is the key point. L. Reuteri is not strong enough to be the dominant strain if you are using the previous yogurt. Make sure temperature is set to 37c. Make sure milk or coconut is boiled for 15 minutes. If you use coconut milk then use guar gum. I used dairy to try it but I prefer coconut milk. First 1600ml coconut milk I use 2 table spoon of inulin, 1 or 2 table spoon of sugar. 2 tea spoon of guar gum.

Excellent.
Definitely speeds up metabolism, not being taking long enough yet to see if it lowers blood sugar levels, watch this space for future review on that.

You’re paying for the vegan - no gelatin capsule & plant cultured vs dairy cultured.
You’re paying for the vegan - no gelatin capsule & plant cultured vs dairy cultured. These absolutely tick the box for vegan consumers, and there’s a price hike attached to it.But, if that’s what you’re looking for then these are pretty decent. I just balk a bit at the pricing vs gelatin capsules and the fermentation process being off plant materials vs dairy. I do wish these came in recyclable packaging, after all vegans at this level are often ethically motivated consumers, so environmentally better packaging would be something I’d pay this price for.
