120W version boils water! It's slow(expected), maybe an hour or so at 75F ambient temp but it gets up to 212F and boils water. It has 2 positions, ON and OFF, so depending on what you want, limit the time in this one, or pick a smaller wattage, or start cooking your ramen in this one about an hour or so before eating.Update: Did a dry heating test with 2 thermometers. 1 thermometer topped out at 230F and stopped reading. The other went up to 248F before it hit it's max readable temp. Don't recommend just letting it go all day. A temp controller plug is a good idea.

Purchased for my husband and he absolutely loves it! Works great and now he’s able to take home made food out on the road with him! Wish they had a larger size but other than that we definitely love it!

The media could not be loaded. We bought this for my dad, since he doesn't like to use the lunch break room area at his workplace, my mom stumbled upon this and we took a chance on it lol...So far, my dad likes it a lot :), according to him, it only takes 20min for your food to be warm (not hot, but just warm) But, if you're like him and love your food to be burning HOT, he says it only takes about 30min to be really HOT lol...oh and according to my mom, it is easy to clean (nothing sticks to the metal plate) and store :), it fits perfectly inside my dad's lunch box :)....I personally think this bento box looks adorable :)The product came with a small plastic spoon, a small Tupperware (where you can store fruits or anything else you'd like that won't need to be heated up) and 2 types of "charging" cords, one is a regular wall plug and the other one is a cigarette charging plug for your car (whenever you want to heat up your food on the go ;))...overall, it is nice, we haven't had any issues with it so far :)

I ordered this product shortly before leaving on a road trip. However, I received 2 lunch boxes 80W, and a 60W. I did not have time to deal with it, plus I felt they were out of the 120W (was very hard to find 120s) so they made up to cover the cost of the 120. I did not want to fuzz over, and thought I can just gift one of them. I have used the one with the undivided stainless steel 'pan' and am ok with it. The only draw is because its lower Wattage (60), it takes longer to heat up the food--about 30 minutes. I just plan ahead of time so I am eating when I want to.

Lunchbox worked okay until one of the prongs on the plug broke off inside the electrical outlet. I use this at work and am gentle with it. Getting the prong out of the outlet could have been dangerous. One tip: adding a little liquid to steam the food and then stirring it afterwards helps to even out the heating.**Update** I was given a full refund. Excellent customer service from company that stands behind their product. I ended up buying the same lunchbox again.

I really like that it keeps the food hot once it's hot but mines has a hot spot in the middle which cause my food to stick and burn

I made a great deal though the shipment cost me more than the item itself. I am really enjoying it.
