I bought this sun hat in May 2023 and wanted to give it time and years of use before I wrote a review. I try to make my reviews thoughtful, the kind of review I love to read before I buy a product.I'm a big fan of sunscreen + a large hat for protection when I'm out in the sun a lot. My last sun hat was great, but it didn't provide coverage for my whole face and the back of my neck. This big, happy, floppy sun hat does (depending on the angle of the sun, of course). I've used it a ton. I've sweated in it. I've taken it on trips overseas. I tend to pack the hole with things like underwear and socks that help it keep shape during flights. It has held up really well and most days when I wear it, someone asks where I bought it. It's floppy in all the right ways. I love the color of the hat itself and the band, but you can always tie a thin scarf around it to cover the black band and changes its look. This was an A+ buy for me. I'm still using it 2+ years later and have no need to replace it yet.

I needed a hat for sun protection and so happy I found this one! I ordered 2 - one in mixed beige and one black. It worked fabulously at keeping my face protected and even offered some coverage for my chest and shoulders. The hat was very comfortable and stylish as well. I have a smaller head so ordered the M-L size. It was still too big so I love that they have a band in the hat that you can tighten - it did the trick! I have not taken this on a trip yet so cannot speak to the foldability. I also have not washed as instructions indicate only spot or dry clean. Any straw hats I’ve had lose their shape after getting wet, so I’m assuming the same is true for this one.

This Sunhat is made of excellent quality, has a wide brim providing outstanding cover from the sun. It looks very nice and classy and can be matched with any outfit where sun exposure is a concern. The color is perfect and when it arrived packaging was excellent preventing odd bends or creases. I was completely satisfied with this item. Seriously, For the price point, don’t walk but run to purchase!

This was my ultimate lifesaver during my June trip to Mexico!Thanks to this, I didn’t get too much sun even by the pool. The material is sturdy and held up really well—even after being squished in my bag, it still looked great.Lightweight, packable, and super useful—definitely a must-have for any vacation. I’m bringing it again on my next trip!

I have a big head and have never found a hat like this that actually fits my big head! I absolutely love this hat!! It’s not just for big heads though. My husband was able to adjust it. 😊

Love this hat! I bought 2 in different colors. I like the way it falls evenly on both sides and not all warped looking. It’s also light and easy to carry best of all it looks great!

It's ok. Even with the cloth band, it is still scratchy and uncomfortable. Also it is a lot of work to get the creases out.I found one at Target for $10 that was cuter and infinitely more comfortable. Also a hair bigger around the head, and more comfortable band.
