PC to Frame transfer, which is why I bought this because it said it supports it, is so far nonfunctional. The instructions literally just say "transfer using USB connection". Okay, do you mean USB to USB? I had one sitting around and tried it, but my PC cannot find the device. I tried USB to type-C both ways: type-C from computer to the USB port on the frame; nope. And type-C on the frame to a USB port on my computer; nope. Modern computer, Windows 11, and the Device Manager is showing nothing for the Frame. As a last-ditch effort, I just purchased a new USB to USB cord, because for a $100+ frame they were too cheap to include one.I will update this when I receive the new USB to USB cord, but I'm not at all optimistic.Also, side note: "32 gigs of storage"More like 26.8gb, as 5.14gb are used up by the system.**** UPDATE ****Seller customer service reached out and issued a refund. + Stars*** UPDATE ****Refund was never issued. I love this picture frame! I have mine displayed in my classroom and I love being able to look at all the pictures throughout the day! I bought one for my mom for Christmas and she absolutely loves it too! Such a great value for the price and easy to use! The fact that you can add pictures to other picture frames is awesome so I am able to add pictures to my moms frame for her to see anytime.

Don't waste your money. Purchased 3 of these and I thought they were great until I started adding pics. One lost connection 3 days in, and 2 have full storage and most is being taken up by "system" not even pictures. One frame has 29 pictures on it and one has 60. If you delete pics for space it just goes right to system and you still cant add new pictures. Im now 2 weeks past my return window since these were gifts and were not immediately opened.
