This almond cream is very yummy! I love that it is just simply organic almonds. It's great straight out of the jar, or on toast. It's a bit pricey but very delicious.

Delicious! I have the cashew butter and this almond butter and I have to say this falls a bit short by comparison, but only by comparison because this is great in its own!So the minor downfalls that deduct a star? It's the slightest bit bitter, I'm sure this is just the natural almond flavor and by comparison to the cashew, which was sweeter and smoother, this took second place. Still great though!And second, it is wildly runny, drippy, gloopy, needs endless stirring 😂 the cashew held its shape on a spoon a bit better but this was impossible to get a spoonful of - definitely understand why they recommend on yogurt now. It's been a while since I've had natural nut butters but this is exactly a reminder of why I don't normally reach for them 😂 peanut butter spoonfuls are just so much easier for a quick snack lol.The grains separate from each other so it's thick on the bottom and needs stirring but at least I don't see any oil separation layers which is always gross! Big pro hereAlso the label is in Italian, no idea if I'm supposed to refrigerate after opening but I have put both in the fridge just in case 🤷‍♀️

This product, from Italy, is solely ground roasted almonds. The texture is mostly smooth, and the mixture is fairly loose. It does need stirring, but given how loose it is, it’s very easy to stir. If you like the taste of roasted almonds, you’ll probably like this. One thing to consider, though, is that this is basically almonds made into a sauce. You can literally pour this. So if you’re thinking of using this to make a sandwich, be aware that it could be a little messy given that this could dribble out. Of course, you could add a little something when making a sandwich to make it stiffer. For example, I have a jar of chestnut butter, which is very stiff. Adding a little of that when putting this on a sandwich would stiffen it up so that it doesn’t dribble, and it would add a little something to the flavor.Anyway, I like this, but my enjoyment is somewhat tempered by the fact that I have a jar of another almond butter, or almond cream as this company refers to their product, that is very similar with the same loose consistency that I like better. In that case, it’s made from ground sprouted almonds instead of roasted almonds, and there is the addition of sea salt, though there is only 10mg per serving, so it’s not much. I think that has more and better flavor than this, but obviously that’s completely subjective. I’m sure others would like this one better. In either case, this is still quite good. The jar, though, is pretty small. You’ll go through this very quickly, I think.

I assumed almond cream would be very much like almond butter, but it's not. Instead, this almond cream is looser and richer than what I expected. It has a roasty-toasty almond flavor and is, for the most part, silky smooth with a little bit of texture from almonds that weren't completely liquified. In my opinion, this almond cream should not be wasted as a soupy toast spread. It begs to be incorporated into other ingredients or drizzled atop a finished dish. The enclosed foldout made a number of suggestions, one of which was to use it with pasta. My plan is to dress a big bowl of spinach and feta tortellini with the almond crream as a light sauce.This jar was thoughtfully packed to protect it during transit and it arrived in perfect condition. The mission of the vendor is to strive for the betterment of employees, customers, and the planet. As far as I'm concerned, that's the trifecta for who I want to do business with. This is a versatile and interesting product. I suspect I'll be back for more.

I was really excited to try this because I love that roasted toasty almond flavor but I hate the artificial sweet almond extract.This is the roasted flavor not the sweet flavor. It is as others mentioned, very runny, even after mixing well.The vegan and vegetarian crowd are already going to know you can add this to smoothies, baked goods, and ice deserts.You can also use it in sauces and breads. I'm really glad there's no sugar added because I'm only using mine in savory applications. My next test of this after the initial assessment is going to be adding this to fresh pesto. Its so runny and nutty I feel like it might be able to replace olive oil in my pesto recipe.
