Love this file cabinet!
This company was awesome. The file cabinet arrived quicker than expected. The first thing that was obvious was the incredible care taken to protect the contents. Decent enough instructions and pretty easy to assemble. It seems pretty sturdy and looks great in the office. I love the outside labels and safety...only one drawer at a time to avoid tipping. The keys locked all 4 drawers...another plus. I highly recommend this file cabinet.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE. I was so looking forward to my new filing cabinet. I did my due diligence with looking thru at all reviews and I finally decided on this one. I carefully followed all the directions with putting this together with my partner. It was great for about a month. Then it started with not being able to open one of the drawers, then two etc. They are fickle. I get them to close then I needed to lock the unit and when I went back to unlock the unit weeks later the drawers all would not open. With lots of jiggling and prodding I eventually managed to get 1 drawer to open then the other 2 thereafter. It constantly gets stuck, and I have to struggle getting it to open. I locked it again and again I couldn't get the drawers open after unlocking. the drawers are now unleveled and will no longer close as you can see with the picture I provided. I can no longer close the drawers or lock the unit. What a waste of money! The material is so cheap and flimsily made. And the files are not holding up inside the unit either and I purchased the proper kind. As the months pass on it gets worse. This truly is a piece of junk, does not hold up whatsoever and I'm just going to trash it. This unit won't last 3 months at home or in an office setting. Piece of junk. This is one reason why I hate buying items from online retailers the quality is terrible (sometimes). Bring this stuff back to in person retail stores where one can actually feel and test the product before purchasing. I am truly an unhappy customer. I will never buy this product again. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ITS A PIECE OF JUNK; SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY! This product DOES NOT deserve even a 1 star rating.

3 Stars Seller Gave Partial Credit
The product itself is confusing to put together a metal file cabinet. I didn't know this was possible with metal. I requested a full refund and didn't get one, but the seller did provide me with 80% so 3 stars for that. Zero stars for the product. I gave it to a shelter maybe those good folks can put it together and use it for their offices. I'm an old lady and never knew metal file cabinets would have to be put together.

Decent file cabinet for the budget minded
It took me a while to find this affordable 4-drawer file cabinet online. The assembly of it is straightforward, even if it may take a bit longer for those less familiar with DIY assembly. Assembly instructions are well done, the parts are sturdy, and I am happy with the final result. I now have a decent 4-drawer file cabinet in my office at home.The reasons why I am only giving 4 stars for this file cabinet is: 1) there was an important part missing for one of the four drawers. Thankfully the company responded to my inquiry/problem and about 10 days later I received the missing part (it had to be shipped from China); 2) the locking mechanism is somewhat touchy. Hence I removed the small "rails" (secured with only two screws on the outside of the back of each drawer) which interact with the locking mechanism. I don't need a lockable file cabinet. However, if you need a lockable file cabinet, know that you may encounter issues with smoothly opening the drawers.Tip: it is incredibly important that you completely and properly install each drawer on each sliding rail. There is a reason why this is highlighted on stickers for each drawer. :)

Don't buy this!!
The problem with this filing cabinet is the locking system. If you lock it --it will not unlock.Took 2 hours to try and unlock this cabinet with every device I could find.To return this item I would have to disassemble it and put it back into the original packaging.Well that's not going to happen!!! This filing cabinet will probably go to the Curb!

Solid construction
Good filing cabinet. It was a little heavier duty than I thought it would be which I was thankful for. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together. A battery drill or power screwdriver will be helpful to anyone buying this. Put together, it looks very nice.
