Bladder support
I found these in the "discontinued" rack at my local grocery store. I thought I'd try them as I am having a problem with intermittent bladder leakage. (Old!) Anyway, this product will give you the opportunity to try different sizes of bladder supports in order to find out which one works best, or - if this product works for you at all. I cannot find these in stores anymore, so I order through Amazon. They are EXPENSIVE - so I use them sparingly on days that I am super active, doing a lot of walking, or standing on my feet for extended periods of time. They are comfortable when sized and inserted correctly. They are NOT absorbent, so they cannot be used as tampons. I believe the instructions discourage you from leaving them in for extended periods of time, such as overnight. I recommend these as a first step in trying to treat bladder leakage.

READ the Reviews, esp. the 1 star and 2 star
This product is outrageously expensive!!!!!!! Sizing should be free or less than the individual price. Cost me almost $40 for 3 samples: S-M-L. You only get one of each size for $12.00 + EACH. and then they could be all wrong for you, cause pain, bleeding etc. Plus POISE does not sell them in stores. Hmmmmm, I wonder why????? Not a good way to attain new customers.

Super helpful
My Gyno told me about this product And it has made a huge difference with managing pelvic prolapse on days that I’m very active. First buy the sample box to try which size is the most comfortable to you. I have found that coating the end of cylinder with oil makes it easier to insert but almost needed to pull it out at end of day. This takes care of the irksome feeling of a lump at vaginal opening, and the sensation of “bubbles” or “air” with bladder prolapse. I can’t wear tampons as they slide down and hurt but this doesn’t do that at all.

Starter Kit...No. 1 was all I needed
Hope this isn't too much TMI, but as a woman, I want to know the details. Purchased the 2 pk starter kit. Instructions said to start out with insert No. 1 and decide from there, which I did. Was an easy insert and it's literally a glorified tampon. It wasn't as comfortable as a tampon but I haven't wore one in 15 plus yrs. I used the other No. 1 the day after and both worked fabulous with my bladder leaks. Day 3, had to use insert No. 2. Due to my age, I have vaginal dryness, so before I inserted No. 2, I applied a SMALL amount of Vaseline on the plastic insert/tube for easy insert. Worked great but I was a little uncomfortable throughout the day. I honestly couldn't wait to pull this out later in the day. I cannot imagine wearing this up to 12 hrs, per the instructions. I Will NOT use No. 3. I did order a box of No. 1. I personally think this is an item I would not use everyday, although it was wonderful not having the leaks and drips when I cough, laugh or just everyday activity. I felt a little crampy and bloated, as though I was on my period. I hope this helps all the gals out there that struggle with leakage. I must also add, my OBGYN said I could have the bladder mesh procedure but there's always that risk that your bladder may suffer injury during surgery.

Didn’t solve my problem
Not so much a criticism of the product but I tried all 3 sizes in the box which a great idea for those wanting to try it out, and it didn’t help my particular problem.

False advertising
The description on Amazon stated that they were selling 3 sizes and the buyer would receive 2 of each size...for a total of 6. I only received one of each size. When I complained, the company responded that I was incorrect. I needed to send them a pic of the description...then they refunded my money. Also, I tried size 2 and then a week later, size 1. Yhe product was extremely uncomfortable...it is definitely NOT for women in menopause. Caused a little bleeding and a LOT of discomfort. I complained to Poise as well.
