Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I don’t understand this. Where you add water to the cartridges, there’s a little white plastic door you flip up to add water. The little door has a hole in it. So when you insert the cartridges, the holes are at the bottom and they leak! What in the world?! This is the worst design I’ve EVER seen. I wasted $20 on this nonsense. Total waste.
