Great little oven
Have used Tower and Salter cheap air fryers but then found out that the non-stick black coatings are toxic so I've switched to this stainless steel oven. It has crumb trays with a black coating though, so I am looking for stainless steel ones to replace them - no luck so far. I contacted manufacturer but they said they don't have any. The oven is more like an oven than an air fryer - even on the air fryer 'mode' - spoiler alert - the 'modes' are just set temperature and time changes! Using this oven it's easy to press a few buttons to start it and easy to adjust time and temperature, even when already set and cooking. Light is bright, inside is easy to wipe down, heat at sides not too much but at back near the top is VERY hot when on - as in, it blows out very hot air that would burn your hand up close, so don't leave it on an edge where someone may accidentally get near it. Also, I have mine in corner of L-shaped countertop so it's safe and the cupboard above it has only plates and cups and tea bags inside... I would not feel good about putting this oven under a cupboard with food in it as the oven heats up the cupboard interior - noticeably! Food takes a little bit longer to cook in this oven than the above mentioned cheap air fryers I used to have, but because food is on three trays rather than clumped all on top of itself in a round basket in one 'blob', the food comes out much nicer, crispier and has no toxic smell. Having the choice of one or two small ovens, or one big one is fantastic. Easy and quick to change from one to other - just slide the divider in or out! Some customers complained of trays getting stuck as they put them in and out - this is just science - hot metal expands slightly!! The trays just need to be gently inserted and removed, they do not stick and they fit perfectly. I noticed that the three layers of the small ovens, have different speeds of cooking - hot on top and cooler on bottom. This really suits me as some brioche buns or croissants already cooked, and just in need of a reheat, will not get toasted on the lower level, just crisped up nicely, but will get toasted if I put them on the top level, in the same amount of time. This gives me so many options with different foods but I will need to keep experimenting to figure out the best temperature and time for all the foods I cook now, since it is different to cheap air fryers. Lowest time on oven timer is 5 minutes, so you will need another timer if you only want something on for less than this. Oven turns off after timer goes off, and dings politely. Doors open and shut smoothly and it looks very cute on the counter. It's given me more room too on the countertop, since I used this little oven to replace two 4 litre round air fryers. Two teenagers use it daily too and love it. Baked bread but it took longer than our big electric cooker - but we have not used our big cooker since we bought this oven. If big pizza won't fit we cut it in half. Loving this oven so far.

NOT THE ONE I WAS LOOKING FOR, BUT DEFINITELY THE ONE TO BUY
Basically I was looking for a larger capacity Air Fryer Oven to the wincy one I have, and nothing wrong with it apart from size and it was cheap. During my search, mainly on YouTube, I came across Hysapientia, never heard of it.I was very impressed with the first video, but ever the sceptic, I decided I needed to look closer at this model. Two solid days I researched this model and with every piece of information I obtained I became increasingly impressed, the price was a little inhibiting; however, Amazon [at the time of purchase] had it on offer at £159.99, which was not too much beyond my budget. When it arrived, it was as impressive as boasted about in the video unboxings; absolutely solid! Accessory wise, it comes with everything you need, check out any of the YouTub Video's to see what it comes with.Having used it extensively over the weekend, new toy, of course I was going to play with it. One of the biggest attractions for me was being able to split the oven, so for small meals etc, all I need is one side of the oven, which is a definite energy saver, and who doesn't need that with current energy prices. Also, again, relative to spliting the oven, one side for food that require higher temperatures and/or longer cooking times and the other side for food that requires lower temperatures and a different cooking time, RESULT!!!!! makes life so much easier, and again more energy efficient, given that ordinarily I would have needed to put the main oven and the smaller oven on in my main cooker. At this point in time I have not used this as a single oven, but definitely will be doing. That said, if its functionality as a split oven is anything to go by, the single oven function must be equal in performance. With the single oven function, both lights come on, with the split oven function, only the light for the side in use comes on or both if both sides are in use. The accessories supplied are of high quality and highly functional and versatile. the main trays are advised to be used as drip/crumb trays, and they work exceptionally well in that capacity, but they are equally functional as baking trays. I did purchase extray trays and baskets, mainly because I like a spare set of everything, I also ordered a dedicated crumb tray which was listed as only 1 left so grabbed that in double quick time, sadly, it was not available, [so if you are the one who got my crumb tray, can I have it back] but if I see one again, definitely having that, because it would free up the main trays for baking, roasting etc and probably easier to clean. In terms of operating, it is so simple, the operating panel is easy to read and if you watch a couple of video's you don't need the manual, couldn't be better. Initially, sliding the middle panel in to split the oven was a little tricky, but it was new so that is what I put it down to, however, I sprayed the top and bottom of the panel with a little Olive Oil and no problems since, be sure to check the direction of the arrow, it must always be pointing up.As a single oven it can take most of my cooking dishes, so Cottage Pie is on the menu at some point this week; I also like the fact that you can bake a cake, scones and everything you would normally use your main oven for and it costs less to do so.Glass panel doors are a bonus, or in my case a must have, it's great to see how your food creation is doing without having to open the door. In terms of cleaning, of course nobody likes cleaning the oven, but in this instant it is a five minute job with a simple damp sponge and some fairy liquid, jobs a good 'un and yes it is advisable to clean it after each use, but, if you don't, I would imagine it is not that difficult to clean. It is recommended that no abrasives are used including wire wool. I can see why, the interior is stainless steel and looks great, but once scratched, it wouldn't look so great and, it may impair the functionality, I don't know this, I am just guessing. It comes with a cook book, to get you started and stimulate you imagination; it is solidly built and I anticipate it will last for years. Would I recommend it? absolutely I would! would I have paid full price for it? well, prior to purchase, I might not have and may have compromised and gone for a cheaper model. that said, after purchase, I definitely would have paid full price for it, it is worth every penny. Unfortunately few of us have crystal balls, so, basically, if it is what you really want and full price is within you capacity, then go for it, don't skimp, because I suspect if I had done so, I would have regretted it.If this meets your needs, buy it, I seriously doubt you will regret it

Brilliant
Although the oven was delivered with a light cover missing and the light not working, and the customer service isn’t ‘instant’, relying on emails and time differences, I had the problem resolved within days.I love the oven, I have cooked so many things that my previous halogen oven, air fryer and combi oven couldn’t cope with, for example loaves of bread, casserole, cake (including a near perfect carrot cake). It cooks evenly, though you do have to adjust expectations on temperature and time compared to a traditional oven, as with any air fryer oven.I am impressed by both the divided oven and the full oven settings. It is also easier to clean than my old air fryers, being a stainless steal interior, ( ‘no nonstick’ coating to rub off)There are ample trays and shelves for different cooking options but I would recommend also buying the rotisserie basket, it makes excellent chips (fries) both chunky and skinny and is brilliant at popcorn. This will be my only oven in a tiny kitchen, but so far it does everything I would expect of a standard sized oven on a smaller scale.
