Sides of the Flag Uneven, Design Crisp and Clean, Doesn't Drape Very Well, 2 Sided
My hubby is a Longhorns fan so when I saw this little utility flag I ordered it for him.It is fairly heavy nylon and is two sided meaning that there are two panels that are sewn back to back. Unfortunately the other side can be seen through the material so it gives the illusion that there is ghosting if you look at the closeup of the flag hanging vertically. The two sides are also not sewn straight. I would have liked it if more care was taken with ensuring that the design was aligned better and that it was sewn straight around the outside of this flag.As I said, it is fairly heavy with the two panels sewn together but when hung by the grommets, it flops and cannot be seen. It would work well in wind or on a moving vehicle but not for normal use at our house, so I hung it vertically like a little garden flag and that was fine with us. The weight of the material is such that I feel it will last for several years.The color seems to be off for the UT burnt orange and I didn't see any office licensing stickers on it so that might account for the slightly "off" color. The design is nice and crisp on it though.Overall, I was disappointed with this flag and would have given it maybe a 3 for the sloppy stitching, ghosting of the design and off color but the pricing of $15.99 at the time of this review was probably a little less expensive than anticipated for a licensed product so I added a star. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had seen it on a store shelf to be honest but it does add to the school vibe.This flag was made in the USA
