No bueno! DO NOT BUY!!!!
Works great about 3-4 times then stops charging and working all together. Will show an EE5 code and never work again even if plugged into the 12v adapter. Seems that this is a normal thing according to many other reviews. By the time it stops working it’s too late to get a refund.

Complete Junk- Lot of money to only work once
Received this March 28th. Charged it and used it once with no issues. Next time I went to charge it it would not charge without turning on! So no way to charge it, when I try to turn it on none of the function will work. Huge waste of money, what a disappointment!Edit to Update: the company reached out to me and sent me a replacement. It is properly working. It is nice to have with our SUP boards, saves us time and energy!

Stopped working after one use
Pump functionality:The first and only time I got to use this pump last year, it did pump up my paddle board. But it looked like it was really struggling to do so. It coded out with an error, felt really hot/overheated, and shut off. I remember it being super loud too. That one time was the only time I used it last year and when I took it out this season (stored inside all winter, in its original packaging) the USBc port wouldn’t work to charge the battery. And even the car outlet port would present like it was charging the battery, but the battery wasn’t holding a charge. Even if I kept it plugged in to the car port to use (which defeats the purpose of this being a cordless pump!) it would turn on for a split second but not fully start. I was so disappointed to have only gotten one use out of this pump. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Totally great - been the bomb for us
So I put off buying an electric pump for maybe 4 years, and was hardcore invested in near heart attack effort manual pumping process - generally I was able to take a board to 15 psi in 5 minutes. What a fool I was to put this off. Some folks leave reviews talking about ear splitting noise on different pumps, etc. and I just didn't want to be using some noisemaker in peaceful locations and annoying everyone, and figured the exercise was hard core and good for me. Don't be a fool. Buy a pump. I say buy this one, but it doesn't matter, buy a pump. But in reference to this pump:This one's been great for me. I've used it probably for the 30th-40th time now over the past 3 months, using it on 2 boards back to back a handful of times, 90% of the time using it for 15psi inflate and deflate. But the first time or two I used it, I was a bit half brained and didn't have the hoses fully seated so did a really extended stage pump but with limited resistance (I walked off and came back 30 minutes later). Generally, it is surprisingly fast to take my boards to 15 psi, and I have one that is 4 inch thick that of course goes real fast, but two other 10'6" 6 inch think boards go pretty fast too - generally about 5 minutes I think but I haven't timed. I did run somebody else's 18psi board for the first time yesterday, and it definitely took several more minutes to get to 18psi - I think probably 3 to 4 minutes just for the last 3-4 psi. It hasn't melted or demonstrated any increase in noise yet, so I think even now I have my moneys worth but I am encouraged to think it will hold up for a long time.I also like it because it is not nearly as noisy as I suspected, but I have also taken up the habit of inflating my board over the seats in the back of my ford transit passenger van so I can close the doors, then it is nearly silent. I'll usually start it, lock the car, and come back in 10 minutes because the pressure cut off seems rock solid. Finally, it is also compact enough that I can throw it inside any of my SUP bags easily. My biggest, and largely only complaint is hose flange design and case design and pinch hazards which definitely point out a lack of attention to exterior product design and usability. The hose end is flanged at the pump end, which is ideal for allowing good and easy attachment force, especially for weaker hands. But unfortunately, the case has flanged protrusions around the hose attachment, creating a terrible pinch hazard, and I've definitely taken a pinch a few times. Few things annoy me more than a good blood blister finger pinch. Definitely in the running right alongside a really good paper cut. Do better.

Buyer Beware:Stopped Holding Charge and Working
Just to be clear, this item worked great the first few times I used it. I paddleboard once or twice a month. So not that often. I used this pump about 5 times. After the 6th time it shut off while mid pump and started flashing EE4-EE5 on the display. It completely stopped working and now will no longer hold charge. Since I don't use it often the return window lapse and fingers crossed I can get a refund. This item is far to expensive to only last a few times. I do not recommend anyone buy this item. Many others are complaining about the same issue. I would not have bought it if I saw some of these reviews beforehand. Hopefully this review keeps you from wasting money and dealing with a hassle of a return.

Awesome customer support
When I had a problem with the initial purchase, the customer support people were right on top of the issue and got me a new device. And it works great! Pumps up fast and strong. So nice that it’s got sn internal battery too. 12v car adapter or rechargeable internet battery operated. Very nice. Pumped up my 15 psi SUP in minutes.

Battery doesn't last/ cannot use while plugged in
Worked really well last year during the summer. We went to use it this year and the battery would not hold a charge and you cannot use the device while plugged in. Would not recommend buying this product. Seems like a lot of other people have had issues with the battery. Needs to be where you can use the device while it's plugged in to bypass this potential risk.

Awesome pump!
UPDATE: The company sent me a replacement pump for free and it is working perfectly. I'm hoping I just got one of a bad batch and this one holds up. This pump is awesome for my paddle board. I can set it up with the PSI I want and walk away to get other stuff ready while my board gets pumped up. Definitely recommend it!I loved this pump for the two months it worked, but now it is suddenly displaying the error 'EE5' and won't charge. I've seen that some people were able to contact the company and get this resolved but I cannot see a way to do that. Hoping they see this and reach out to me to make this right. At that point I'd leave a 5 star review because it really is an awesome unit when it works.Update: The company got back to me and is sending a new unit. If all goes well I'll be back to update this to a 5 star review, because the product when it works really is awesome.
