Great Improvement - Skin, Hair and Nails
The product truly really improve my hair, skin, and nails. Especially my skin, my face has much more of a glow and it's taking that dull look out of my skin. Beauty may be skin deep but this product has helped from the inside. I also noticed that my hair is much shinier and I haven't changed any of my shampoo or conditioner. My hair stopped breaking
I've had a lot of hair loss and hair breakage for a number of years. I've tried all sorts of products to reverse this including DHT blocker. On suggestion of a friend I bought this high potency Biotin and to my surprise my hair started improving. After 6 months I no longer have all these straggly hairs of all lengths and my hair is strong and shiny. My nails are better too. At first I continued taking the DHT blocker but I found I could stop taking it and just stick with this Biotin. I tried some less expensive Biotin products but this is the only one that seems to work and the price is quite reasonable for the benefits. I definitely recommend it.

Vita B is very good
I'm not really good at writing reviews so bear with me. A friend recommended Vita B to me because believe it or not my finger nails really hurt and were breaking. I never heard of Aura Naturel before and I've taken vitamins before so I know the top brands and Vita B is on the same level with them in my opinion. Very good packaging everything was sealed up tight with cotton to prevent breaking the capsules and a good expiration date. None of that crap of expires in a month or is expired the expiry date was more than two years so its fresh. I love the fact that the capsules are gluten free and haven't caused any issues after taking this for about a month now. In fact I gotta say I feel better, my fingers don't hurt no more and I haven't broke one finger nail in over a couple of weeks. So this is quality product for sure.

Really satisfied with it.
