My wife and I love these. We bought them because she travels frequently for work to other states or sometimes other countries. We've never had an issue with connection. I dont know how to tap correctly to send different messages so I jist send the same one but it works. We use the app as well. Our son goes to his dad's for weekends and we send it with him too so he isn't as sad and can buzz us when he misses us. It's one of my favorite purchases ive ever made.

I will have to say the other bracelets i tried wasn’t able to have my boyfriend down load the app this was amazing quick and easy. I even love the sound when it got connected Toto it’s beautiful and easy to navigate my hubby even loves the daily horoscope and the 8 call feature ( what I call it) when you ask the app a question and hit the bracelet and get a answer and your partner still feels the love recommended and has been great. I just get in a habit to charge it at night which doesn’t disconnect my love from my partners and works perfect have a small wrist so the strings come in clutch ..
