These actually really works. Less expensive than the prescription for my bladder that I have to take. Less leakage and less urgency.

It seems to be working in 3 days , fast shipping, good quality, decent price , easy to swallow, small capsules , no flavor , doesn’t help sleep but helps with bladder problem, gives a little bloating and gas this why I gave it 3 starts ill reviews it in two weeks how it’s going

The directions on this bottle say to take it morning, noon and night for two weeks straight and then take it twice a day for two weeks. The key to success, according to the directions on the bottle, is to take it like this. I am not that far yet so I hope that it is helpful. What I can say for sure is that I had no trouble swallowing the capsules, which are standard in size. There was no taste or odor. I did notice that they look pink, which I assume comes from the cranberry in this product. If I find this product isn't helpful in using it as stated on the bottle, I will come back and update my review.

This product works well for occasional odor and strengthens control for flare ups.
