They look very well made and super bright! But the resistor does not work. Doesn’t get rid of hyper flash. Just disconnect the resistor and get separately

Over the past few years I have tried several led bulb replacements that say they don't trigger the license plate error on the ECM. I even tried in line resistors. I just delt with it. I finally found this set that is the whole assembly replacement. Fits great. No errors in the ECM. Ready install. And they are bright! 5 stars.

Does not work. You will get error codes. The resistor that is supposed to stop the error code is soldered in parallel to the LED… it should be in series. This causes the error code to come on non-stop as I’m guessing the electricity occasionally goes through resistor and then switches back to the light. The error will come on repeatedly while driving the vehicle and will not stop, unlike a regular burnt out bulb where the error would only display when the vehicle starts. They are very bright but not worth constant beeping and error messages.
