Should have bought decades ago...
Used a few times on moderately difficult applications and it succeeded 100% of the time. Case is a little loose on a few parts.

This clam shell puller will be great for small pulleys and bearings. It was nice to get all the accessories needed to set it up for a pull.

bearing puller
This was a nice kit for bearing puller. The downside is the main part is weak and did not work. When trying to pull the bearing off it bent the bearing clamp.

Will not always fit under the bearing unless it is ground to be flusher with the surface
Once the Halfs were ground down flush it worked great. Took about 5 minutes to grind down using the top of my belt sander.

Don’t waste your time and money!
This thing wouldn’t remove the lid on a jar of pickles. Complete garbage. Supplied bolts aren’t long enough to open wide enough to remove a bearing race. Bought longer bolts and still didn’t work. I even sharpened the edge where it grabs. Still didn’t work. Left stuck with the car in the air with both hubs off and stuck races. Trip to the dealer and 300+ dollars later to get them removed. Chinese JUNK.

Works perfectly
Case was nicer than expected. Tool worked great!

Works
Does what it's supposed to do for it's intended purpose. My only complaint and reason for 3 stars is the piece that pulls the bearings started to deform a bit.
