Great flavor
My child takes these to help focus at school. He thinks they do help him focus a little, but it's not a cure-all. The flavor is great, much better than any others he has tried. It doesn't upset his stomach.

(800mg per serving)!!??? See the manufacturer’s response below
Magnesium Glycinate – 800 mg!?!!!!!??????That’s what I said…. The company responded with the following“We understand your concern about the 800 mg of Magnesium Glycinate listed on our label. We’d like to clarify that while 800 mg of Magnesium Glycinate is listed, this does not equate to 800 mg of elemental magnesium, which is the value typically used to assess magnesium intake and tolerability.Magnesium Glycinate is a compound that includes both glycine and magnesium. The actual amount of elemental magnesium in 800 mg of Magnesium Glycinate is approximately 80–100 mg, which falls within the general safe range for children when used appropriately and under caregiver supervision. Our formulation was developed with pediatric supplementation research and verified by a third-party lab for safety and accuracy.”

Does what it’s designed to do
My son has been taking these for about 2 weeks now and I’ve noticed a change in behavior at home & at school. He has the ability to focus more. Will purchase again.

Purchase at your own risk
Did the total opposite I guess. For my 11 year old son it made him feel as though he was zoning out and for my 14 year old daughter she was extremely sleepy during classes. I was under the impression that it would assist with concentration and focus. I didn't expect for them to feel zombie like and comatose!

Unpleasant texture
Taste was okay. But whatever they use to keep the gummies from sticking together gives the gummies a very unpleasant texture. Our daughter who takes other gummy vitamins just fine gags with these but it's not from the taste it's from the texture.

TOO MUCH MAGNESIUM!!!! UPDATE
Update-Our family doc reached out to the company about the amount of magnesium in this product. They told her that the 800 mg of magnesium glycinate refers to the compound form, which includes both magnesium and glycine. This is not equivalent to 800 mg of elemental magnesium. The actual amount of elemental magnesium is much lower, aligning with the 27% daily value.I did my own research and found that there is about 14 mg of magnesium in every 100 mg of magnesium glycinate. With this info, I feel fine giving my 11 year old these gummies.First review-My husband bought these gummies at the recommendation of our family doc, to help our 11 year old with his ADHD. Our doc gives them to her son as well.I looked into them, and was shocked that these contain 800 mg of Magnesium Glycinate. The label says this is 27% of the daily value. One of those numbers in incorrect, and I'm not willing to take a change that the amount of magnesium is less. These are the normal doses of magnesium glycinate:or men: 400 mg for ages 19 to 30, 420 mg for ages 31 and olderFor women: 310 mg for ages 19 to 30, 320 mg for ages 31 and olderFor children: 80 mg for ages 1 to 3 years, 130 mg for ages 4 to 8 years, 240 mg for ages 9 to 13 yearsFor teens: 410 mg for males ages 14 to 18 years, 360 mg for females ages 14 to 18 years. We will stop giving our son these gummies, and I do NOT recommend these to anyone. Research the side effects of too much magnesium glycinate. :-(
