What is the difference between the 632 product and the 633 product?

633 uses Kevlar, 632 uses fiberglass. I enjoy sanding 632. Both have good abrasion characteristics but the Kevlar in 633 makes it more abrasion resistant. It's worth while to note that abrasion resistant property makes it more difficult to sand away.

Evercoat has a short and long strand versions. what size rust holes would each type be used for? i have rust issues under a suv's roof drip edges.

if the drip rail is rusting at the spot welds you can use filler that is reinforced with short strand fiberglass. Everglass has excellent bridging capability and will work fine Good luck

If Im filling drill holes (3/8") on my boat from a antenna, can this be sanded with 180 and 600 grit wet/dry paper and gelkoted over seamlessly??

Can you glue a patch or put a piece of duct tape behind the hole? If so it will work great. The only difference between this and regular bondo is this product is waterproof. It sands easily.

can it be used with wood?

I have not used it in several months but I think it said it did. Unfortunately I am not near the product. Maybe you can try and see if there is a picture of the label you can zoom in on.
