I tried these since I really don't like taking a lot of pills. I noticed I was feeling irritable when using the patch. I then cut them in half and no longer have that affect. Not sure why, but they did seem to help me have more energy.

I really like these patches and how many come in a package. I prefer these over shots. Energy really gets me through the day!!

I've never used any sort of patch before that claims to time-release anything. These patches are super-thin, like cheap plastic band aid thin. For that reason, they stay on pretty well and have minimal likeness to rub off due to raised edges. I put one on my upper arm and it stayed secure for the several hours that I had it on. I removed it dry, and it was slightly unpleasant and actually left a red mark on my arm for over 12 hours after that. Probably also my fault because it's winter and I have dry skin. But, onto what really matters--does it work? I felt absolutely no difference. I opted to put this patch on a little later in the day since it says to only wear for 8 hours. I waited until I was starting to feel more sluggish, hoping it would perk me up. I didn't feel a difference and still felt myself dozing off while watching a movie at home. My husband tried one as well on his stomach. He also said he didn't notice anything remarkable. I'll definitely continue giving them a try since it's a generously sized pack of these, but I don't see why it would work any better on the 2nd or 3rd try... Could just be one of those things that works well for some, and not at all for others.

I saw multiple reviews saying that they could not tell a difference, but I am in the exact opposite situation. I have taken Vitamin B complex pills for multiple years (almost never miss a day), so my overall baseline is fairly good. The issue with those pills is that your body is unable to absorb so much of the vitamin -- if you ever taken a vitamin b pill and noticed your pee turning bright yellow, it's because your body didn't absorb the vitamin b correctly, while these patches never have that kind of issue. As I mentioned, I take vitamin B daily and when I don't take it, I can tell a difference. Since I switched from my daily pills to these patches, the overall drive/attention/energy levels were on par or above what I was getting with my daily pill supplement. Also, vitamin B pills can be rough on the stomach, while this has zero issues for me or my wife. I honestly can't think of any reason that I would want to go back to using pills over these patches. We have also had no issues with them sticking to our skin and at times, we will even take showers and forgot they are even on. Another positive note is travel. I travel often and it has been so much nicer to travel with a couple patches, compared to having to create and maintain a pill carrier. Honestly, I can't think of any real negatives for this. The only actual concern is that there is not a significant amount of research showing overall trans-dermal absorption rate, but the same can be said for many of the pills. Overall, would recommend this for anyone hoping to try a different method of vitamin delivery as it is much nicer than pills for us.
