Quality content. Easy to swallow, no after taste. No adverse issues with digestive system. Hopefully, they will help my ageing skeleton. Only been taking them 3 weeks, so time will tell if they help with the cracking joints.

Perfect for pregnancy dha and epa. A great alternative to the fish oil directly. The price js a little high but still worth it. The mint taste is great… but this was a problem when 1 vitamin exploded somehow (was deep in the bottle towards the bottom). The awful fish smell got all over about 1/3 of the supplements and has sice freaked me out over taking it. I’ll still do it but I cant touch it at all. I dont know which pieces are covered.

Been taking these for months during my pregnancy and before, I haven't been sick one time and they dont give you the tunny ache

Must be working as I've been taking this product for the past few months and as of late have been feeling alot better of course I have added two other vitamins to my daily routine as well. ALA and iron.
