I haven't had a chance to use these yet, but they seem to work well in the testing I've done.

The “Open Nose End” seems to allow movement in the pieces which you then have to stop and realign. I should have gotten the “Close Nose Type” that would have captured both pieces at the right alignment.

In my opinion- better than those L-shaped things all over FB. You don’t have to juggle three different parts that fall away so easily.

These are far from perfect or suitable for exact work - i am not even sure about crude work - it is possible to align the wood with some fiddling but the way they are constructed leave spaces and it seems that the metal sides are not fully perpendicular and therefore can’t hold the wood straight.one can see in the photo that there is a space between the wood and the clamp. It is cheap and it shows - the idea is not bad - i liked the ability to tighten the knob - but it is far even from “no cigar”.
